Next we schedule a time that works best for you to have a consultation and assessment. We want to evaluate your mobility, strength, endurance and flexibility to get a baseline and create a customized plan that is specific to you.

Next we start your training. Choose 2 or 3 days a week for personal training or join 1 of our group classes.
