More About ME

After twelve years of training as a professional football player, I am prepared and qualified to coach and encourage others to set and attain their personal health and fitness goals. While playing Arena 2 football with the Jacksonville Tomcats, I excelled and became the “MVP” of the league. I also played with the Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons, and the Houston Texans of the NFL, and with the Orlando Predators, Las Vegas Gladiators, and the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League. My final season was spent with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League.

Since that time, I have spent the last Decade as a Certified Life and Fitness coach and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am very passionate about helping people effectively meet their health and fitness goals through one-on-one and group training. I have also helped numerous male and female clients of all ages accomplish their goals of natural weight-loss/gain, muscle toning, and endurance training.

Our goal is to create a truly personalized exercise program.  During the first 3 training sessions, we'll start with a thorough assessment  of your current fitness level, health history, and any specific goals or challenges you may have. This evaluation will allow us to design a plan tailored to your unique needs.

We'll work closely with you to define clear and achievable fitness goals. Whether you want to improve strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, lose weight, or reduce stress, we'll customize the program to align with your aspirations.
